Anusree Nair was born in Kamukumchery, Kollam, Kerala, India. She also stays there with her family now.

Initially, Anusree Nair appeared in Television reality shows as a host and judge, Comedy stars,Vivel Active fair big Break, Atham Pathu Ruchi, 6 Piece Pizza, and Thakarppan Comedy.


Lal Jose, the director noticed her in one of the shows and gave her an opportunity to act in his film,Diamond Necklace in the year 2012.
